Yoga guide for beginners: Everyone can do these 8 yoga poses.

Yoga is for everyone anyone can do this weather he or she is a child adult or old age. There are many poses in Yoga that are very difficult to do and require so much practice and many poses which are easier to perform. So it is depends on the experience of practitioner that what he or she can do or can’t.

If you are a beginner and don’t have any prior experience of doing yoga, you can practice the following yoga poses.

8 Yoga poses that everyone can do Daily

  1. Surya Namaskar
    Surya Namaskar is the mother of all asanas. It has lots of benefits. It consists of 12 yoga poses itself. In which each one pose have their unique benefits. The best thing in suryanamaskar is that it is very easy to do and everyone can do this. Practice it in early morning for at least 3-4 times and feel the new energy in your body.
  2. Balasana/baby pose
    It is very simple to do and also very beneficial pose. You will very calm and relax while holding this pose and also good for your spine.
  3. Cobra pose/Bhujangasana
    Cobra pose is very good for your lower back and very simple to do. Breathe in while raising your upper body and hold it for 15 to 20 seconds.
  4. Downward facing dog pose/adho mukha svanasana
    This yoga pose is also a part of Surya Namaskar but you can do it separately. Squeeze your shoulder inside and torso right up to the sky while holding this pose. Hold this position for at least 20 seconds.
  5. Vajrasana/ Thunderbolt pose
    Vajrasana is good for stomach related problems and anyone can do it with ease. This is the only asana which can do after taking meal. You can remain in this pose for 2 to 5 minutes. You may avoid this pose if you have Arthritis or any other joint problem.
  6. Shavasana
    It is good Arsenal if you want to have relaxed body and calm mind. This is usually practice at the end of the yoga session to relax your body. But you can do it at any time. Divas na can be practice only in a noiseless environment.
  7. Tadasana / palm tree pose
    This is the foundation of all standing poses. You  can challenge your balance by practicing this  pose with your eyes closed. By regular practicing this pose you may increase your height and also get a good body posture.
  8. Cat/camel pose
    The marjariasana or better known as the cat pose has a lot of benefits. Marjariasana is derived from Sanskrit words here marjari means cat and asana means posture that’s why we called it cat stretch or cat pose. This asana is very beneficial for spine and the back muscles. In cat/camel pose, the main movement is on pelvic i.e. pelvic tilting, giving your back a complete movement it needs thus your vertebrae becomes mobile and flexible. This will release all the tension trapped in lumber spine. In this way this asana is very good for people having problems related to lower back.
