You can easily purchase yoga pants and tight from market. You will be more comfortable in Yoga pant or yoga tight. Yoga tights are very stretchable and you can hold any pose easily and comfortably.

So if you are planning to start yoga, must purchase yoga tight that suits you. Yoga tights are available for both boys and girls.

Yoga mat: you can’t do yoga without a good quality yoga mat. Mat thickness is a major thing that you have to keep in mind while purchasing yoga mat. Mat thickness should be more so that it can provide you more cushioning and reduces the chances of injury. So purchase a mat according to your height and width that have more thickness.

Best timing to do yoga

Some people prefer to do yoga in morning and some in evening. People think that doing yoga in morning is more beneficial and yes they are absolutely right.

You get more benefits if you do yoga in morning because the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere is more in the morning and less in the evening. So, in the morning that nature is in your favor so you always get more benefits of doing yoga in morning.

But this doesn’t mean that you can’t do yoga in evening. What about those people who are busy in morning and free in evening. If they don’t have time in morning they can easily do yoga in evening. One thing that you have to keep in mind that the difference between the yoga session and your last meal must be 3 to 4 hours.

For  example if you have taken your lunch at 2 p.m. you can easily do yoga at 6 p.m. if you haven’t intake any other food in this 4 hours’ time slab.
