Drink plenty of water
Drinking enough water is good to detox and also good for your whole body. Your body is made up of 65% water. You need to drink enough water for a good health. If you drink enough water then it will be easy to flush out all the toxins from your body. So drink plenty of water to get clear and shining skin.
Take Omega 3 fat
Almonds, walnuts and peanuts are the good source of Omega 3 fats. These Omega 3 fats work to clear toxins from your body and also good for your heart and joints. If you regularly take omega 3 fat then you will less likely to get any heart related disease by improving your lipid profile.
Eat fresh fruits
Fruits contain so much antioxidants and fibers. Antioxidants are very necessary for your body. Antioxidants protect your internal organs from free radicals by neutralizing them.
