We usually don’t drink water throughout the day that’s why our body demands for water right after taking some carbohydrate. Drinking water right after your meal can slow down your digestive process because it affects the digestive juices that are produced inside your stomach to break down the foods you eat.

    You should drink water half an hour before your meal. It will bring your metabolism up and also help in digestion process.
  2. Skipping breakfast
    This is also a very common mistake we do in our day to day life. Because of your busy schedule you usually skip breakfast that is a main meal of the day. If you skip your breakfast then there will be more chances of getting overweight. If you think that skipping your breakfast will bring your weight down then think twice.
