When you are on a fat loss diet plan, Sandwiches are thought as healthy option because they contain so much calories. Every individual who want to lose weight always avoid sandwiches. So, here I busted the myth regarding sandwich. You never think sandwich can also be as healthier as your regular weight loss soups. Some people love sandwiches because of their taste but avoid them just because they contain so much calories.

Don’t think always about calories. This is the type of calories that you must consider. You can make your sandwich more complex by adding complex carbohydrates to it. So here I am describing you how to make a healthy sandwich that will not affect your weight loss program.


Ingredients required for healthy sandwich

  1. Multigrain bread 2 slices
  2. Raw mashed cheese(about 30g)
  3. Peanut butter one teaspoon
  4. Coconut sauce one teaspoon
  5. Olive oil one teaspoon
  6. Onion( 2 small)+Tomato( 1 small)  
  7. Olives 7-8
  8. Mint or tomato sauce (as per your taste)
  9. Salt(if required)

Steps To Make Sandwich 

It is very easy to make and require only for 4-5 minutes. Take two slices of multigrain bread. Apply peanut butter to it base. Pour some mashed cheese, onion, tomato, olives. Now add mint, tomato and coconut sauce on them as per your taste. Now pour 2 teaspoon olive oil on it.
